We have a park in our neighborhood. It is less than a 5 minute walk from our house and the twins ask me to take them there all the time. It is a simple little park with a swing set, a slide, a large grassy area, and a basketball court.
Rob and I took the boys and the dog to the park one evening this week and I put Stephen in the swing for the first time. I wasn't sure what he'd think of the swing because I have one child who loves the swing and one who hates it. But, he loved it and the higher I pushed him, the more he giggled. Luke and Stephen were swinging most of the time and Thomas went down the slide about a thousand times. Eventually Thomas wanted to swing too but he didn't want to be pushed. I think he hates the feeling he gets in his stomach when he is swinging.
