So we finally made an offer on another house. It is a cute little 3 bedroom house on 300S in Provo. It has 1.5 bathrooms and a fireplace (which is what convinced Rob about this house). It is on .18 acres and has fruit trees, a car port, large storage shed, and patio (in the back) with a swinging bench. An added bonus is that it comes with all appliances.

It is a short sale (meaning the owner defaulted on their mortgage) and so the earliest we'll hear if our offer was accepted will be in about 60 days. But, it can take up to 120 days to hear. Quite ridiculous, really!
