So, this being Rob's last weekend in Utah, we hung out in SLC. Mostly it was just chilled - we watched a couple movies (including one of Rob's new favourites:
The Ultimate Gift). We also went on a cool bike ride up City Creek Canyon. We cycle past the Capitol Building, which looks so majestic to me. The weather was great, although my hands froze when I took off my gloves. I'm looking forward to cycling around NC - Rob says it is really pretty and there are lots of trails and great places to ride.
When we got back we made a roast pork. It was yummy, but took far too long to cook. :) Anyway, in order to cook it according to my mother's recommendations, Rob created this little wire thing out of a coathanger so that it would just sit above the water in the dish. I was really impressed.
