Every time I leave the house Thomas says, "Bye mommy. See you later. Have a good day. Be true!" I would say the first things to Rob "Bye. Have a good day" or "See you later," and Thomas put it all together and began saying those things to me. I would then say, "You too." He thought I was saying "Be true!" and began adding that into his little mantra.
I like to sing songs with the boys and after a few times of me singing it they begin singing with me. When we were singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, this is what Thomas was singing: "Twinkle, twinkle little star, like a dinosaur in the sky...."
Luke has been showing signs of being ready for potty-training and I've been wanting to do it. So, I said to Luke, "Luke, do you want to be potty-trained?" He responded, "Yes" Then Thomas said, "I want to go on a potty train." They then began making train noises and pretending like they were on a train.

This is a familiar conversation in our house:
Luke: "My mommy!"
Thomas: "My mommy!"
Luke: "MY MOMMY!"
Thomas: "MY MOMMY!"
Luke: "MYYYY MOOOOOMMMMMMMMMYYYYY!!!"
Thomas: "MYYYY MOOOOOMMMMMMMMMYYYYY!!!"
Luke is always going on about the fact that Rob is bald, even though he isn't really. One say, I said to Luke, "Are you bored?" Luke, rubbing his head, then said, "No, I got hair." (He thought I asked him if he was bald!)
Recently Rob told Luke, "Luke, be nice to the dog. Jesus made the dog." We had a Family Home Evening lesson recently about how Jesus made the animals and we need to treat them with kindness. Luke then responded, "Daddy, I want to see Jesus." Rob then said, "Ok, go pray and tell him that." Luke then got up and started walking around the house shouting, "JEEEESUSSSSSS! WHERE ARE YOUUUUU?"
One evening I announced to the twins: "I'm making pizza!" Luke then said to Thomas, "Mommy's making pizza for Rob!" (Pronounced Rooooooooooob. ie hold the "o" for a few seconds.)
In the middle of the night I hear "Mommy...Mommy...Mommy...." As I go towards the boys room, I hear it is Thomas. I ask what's wrong and he says, "I want some candy!"
Every time I return from work Luke will say, "Nice work, Mommy?" or if I return from Visiting Teaching, he will say, "Did you have a nice church?" or when I get up in the morning, he says, "Did you have a nice sleep?" He keeps asking till I answer.

Luke when through a stage a few weeks ago, which I am grateful it is over now, where he would constantly say, "Look at me, mommy!" in order to get my attention before asking me a question or telling me something. It got annoying fairly quickly.

The twins love to pray and often will pray without being invited to at dinner or whatever. Sometimes they fight over who gets to pray so we often let them each take a turn. They also love reading the scriptures and will occasionally ask Rob or I to read the scriptures to them.
Their favorite things to do is to eat pizza and watch a movie as a family. Most days when I tell them, "Daddy's coming home soon!" They will then ask, "With a pizza?" (They call movies "moomies.")
Sometimes I feel like I have the light police living in my house. Anytime I turn on a light (because it is quite dark inside due to this wintry weather), Thomas runs over and says, "Light go off!" and promptly turns it off. It can be a little irritating after a while. Thomas always likes to keep an eye on Stephen and tell him that he is being naughty when he is doing something Thomas thinks is not allowed. Thomas will at time then try to physically remove Stephen from the situation in order to get him to stop, which always results in more frustration from Thomas because Stephen is too heavy for him to pick up.
When they are "using" the computer or my cellphone and I tell them I need to use it, they will say, "Mommy, I'm just checking something."
They still call Stephen "Cinnamon," but recently they have been shorting his name to "Cin" pronounced "Sin." I don't know where they come up with this, but it is pretty funny to me. Let's hope it doesn't stick.
If you ask one of them if they pooped and they haven't, they will say, "No, just pee."
Most kids say, "Again!" when they want you to repeat something. Not my boys! They say, "And now?"
